The treatments are based on the 5 element theory if you are doing diagnostics, although, we will not go into diagnostics at this seminar.  We will learn the full body treatment which is excellent for overall health and after athletic exercise.  It can help replenish the energy of the body and help reduce lactic acid in the muscles. 

Free to members of White Crane Martial arts but you must have a partner for a $25 fee.

You don't have to be a martial artist to attend.

Aiki Budo Seminar (Aikido & Hakkoryu Ju Jutsu)
Saturday, February 25, 2017  11:00 pm - 4:00 pm 
Fee: $25 per person
 

This seminar will cover all Shodan and Nidan Hakkoryu wasa (1st & 2nd level of techniques as taught in Japan).  We will also investigate the subtle differences and similarities of how Aikido and Hakkoryu are a great match and work well with each other, perfectly!

This seminar is great for the beginner (regardless of the style you do), or the advanced practitioner who understands principles above technique.

Shorin Ryu Karate-Do / Karate Jutsu Seminar

Saturday, March 25, 2017  11:00 pm - 4:00 pm 
Fee: $25 per person for the day (open to any style)
 

This seminar will help people read kata and also prep for Winter testing.  It will look at the similarities and differences between the 3 major styles of Okinawan Karate and how and why applications may vary from style to style.  Pre- and Post-WWII Concepts.
